Disclaimer: Through my partnership with FitFluential, I received these products from Mamma Chia at no cost in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Oh mamma mia I’ve got Mamma Chia supply for quite some time and I am loving it. I can’t complain because these are some of my all-time favorite beverages and snacks.

I am constantly on the go and Mamma Chia has really saved me a couple times from not reaching over for those unhealthy snacks. This powerhouse of chia joined forces with healthy, vibrant greens. It introduced these to meet the demand for healthier green beverages, Chia & Greens boasts one of the lowest amounts of sugar and the highest amounts of nutrients in the green drinks universe – all for only 120 calories.

It’s been over a year that I stopped drinking unhealthy drinks because they were simply not providing any nutritional value to me. Now I will only drink water throughout my day, but I am always up for gulping some delicious greens.

I recently went on a road trip to Baja California and the Chia & Greens came in very handy and the fact that they are inside a glass bottle makes them stay cooler longer if you keep them in a cool place. The one I took with me was the Joyful Greens (others include Soulful Greens, Love Greens and Grateful Greens), but all of them contain the following:

  • 2500mg of Omega-3s – the ONLY drink in the green category with this essential nutrient
  • 7 grams of fiber – many other green drinks contain none at all
  • 4 grams of complete protein – up to 400% more than other green drinks
  • 25% RDA of Vitamin A
  • 10% RDA of calcium

Just in case you are new to drinking Chia & Greens let me tell you that the texture is different because obviously they are filled with chia seeds which forms a gel-like consistency – it’s a matter of getting used to it.

Aside from the organic Chia & Greens beverages being a new product I also received a great supply of the organic chia 4G sugar vitality bars. These organic, perfectly balanced bars combine nutrient-rich chia seeds with almonds, peanuts, pecans, quinoa, popped sorghum, brown rice crisps, and a touch of sea salt. They are so good that it is almost hard to believe that they only have 4 grams of sugar. WOW, that’s a win.

The sugar vitality bars have been perfect snacks in between my big meals throughout the day because they really keep me full and away from unhealthy treats that somehow make it to my desk sometimes. Lol

And to top it off I also received some chia granola clusters which are the crunchiest granola I’ve ever had.  The flavors are: Wild Blueberry Clusters, Vanilla Almond Clusters, Cinnamon Pecan Clusters, and Honey & Oats Clusters. Guess which one is my favorite? I’ve been topping my cereal bowls with them, adding granola to yogurt or simply eating them straight out of the bag.  Why not?!
