Breakfast is the most important meal of your day! Don’t skip it! If you are a working professional and never have time for this meal then wake up 10-15 minutes earlier than usual during the week and this way you can make yourself a delicious breakfast sandwich. Plus you won’t need to wait in long lines at restaurants for your food!

Ingredients:

1 egg

½ fully cooked al fresco® Spanish & Feta Chicken Sausage

1 whole-wheat muffin

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon of feta cheese

Add sauce as you please

Instructions:

1. Add the coconut oil in a pan, once hot, add the egg on the side and the chicken sausage next to it. Allow for both to be fully cooked.

2. Once the egg and sausage are ready, assemble your healthy whole-wheat breakfast sandwich, add feta cheese & sauce for a smoky flavor.

3. Serve immediately.

There’s so many different recipes you can do with Wyman’s of Maine frozen mango chunks. I decided to get creative and below you can find a quick and easy to make oatmeal for your breakfast.

Ingredients

1/2 cup of old fashioned cooked oatmeal

1/4 cup of almond milk

1/2 cup of Wyman’s Frozen Mango Chunks

1/4 cup of blueberries

1 ts of chia seeds

1 ts of hemp seeds

1/2 ts of flax seeds

1/2 ts of agave honey

Instructions

1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon until thoroughly combined.

With summer just around the corner I had to share this refreshing mango smoothie for you to make in less than 2 minutes. You can enjoy this with friends on a hot summer evening or simply throughout your day. Enjoy, it’s delicious!

Ingredients

1 cup Wyman’s Frozen Mango Chunks

1 cup Low-fat milk

1⁄2 cup Ice

1⁄4 cup Vanilla yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in blender.

2. Blend until smooth and frothy.

Ingredientes:

1 calabacín grande o 2 pequeños, cortada en trozos y cocido al vapor.
¼ de taza de cashews crudos.
Sal himalaya o sal de mar.
Condimentos secos o frescos, tales como la albahaca, eneldo o “parsley” (opcional: para darle mas sabor).

Verduras al vapor (opcional: para que la sopa quede mas espesa).

Preparación:

1. Remoje los “cashews” en el agua, pongale suficiente para cubrir durante 1 hora y luego los escurres.

2. Combine los cashews, el calabacín, la sal y los condimentos en la licuadora y mezcle hasta que esté suave, añadiendo agua según sea necesario para obtener la consistencia deseada.

3. Vierta la mezcla en una cacerola y caliente la sopa, pero sin dejar que hierva.

4. Si quieres que este mas espesa, agrega trozos de verduras. También se puede servir frío.
